Study of the correlation between the expression of nuclear factor kappa B and proliferation regulatory proteins and chronic superficial gastritis

Background/Aim. Cell proliferation and the regulation of protein expression play an important role in gastritis, but chronic superficial gastritis (CSG), they are rarely reported. The aim this study was to determine relationship between nuclear factor kappa B (NF-?B) regulatory proteins rat CSG. Methods. CSG model established artificially, by chemical agents irregular diet. epidermal growth receptor (EGFR) proliferating cell antigen (PCNA) gastric mucosa rats measured immunohistochemistry, while mRNA levels NF-?B p65 were detected situ hybridization. Results. There more obvious infiltration inflammatory cells than that control rats, inflammation score significantly increased. PCNA, EGFR, mucosal increased significantly. Correlation analysis showed positively correlated with it presented no significant correlation level PCNA. In addition, there a positive EGFR levels. Conclusion.
